HotelTivi provides a cloud-based hotel TV management platform that enables hotels to manage content, customize channels, display guest information, and deliver digital signage across connected TV devices.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Services are provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually.
  • Pricing is based on the number of connected TV devices and selected package.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload to HotelTivi. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotelTivi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
